What version of ChecksNet do I need?

ChecksNet vs. OPS vs. Network Pro Edition

ChecksNet is for installation on 2 computers to be used by 2 people only.

OPS edition is for people or businesses that collect payments of various amounts from customers for things like insurance premiums, loans, or installment payments. This is a "turnkey" package that has you "up & running" in a minute because we build the online payment page for you on a SSL secure server, configure all the form processing files and create a special email address for you so your online payments automatically appear in ChecksNet on your computer.

Network Pro Edition is for installation on an 20 workstations and includes tech support for up to 20 people. The major advantage of Network edition is being able to set it up so data can be fed into one common database from anywhere in the world. You can install multiple copies on one computer in a way that totally segregates data (perfect for businesses printing checks or drafts for numerous different clients).

Full vs. Upgrade

If you have an edition installed on your computer that is less than 2 years old , order the upgrade. The
upgrade will convert your software to the latest edition but will not alter your existing data (it retains all check and/or bank draft entries).

If you do not have ChecksNet installed at this time, order the FULL edition.
