COMPARING A COMPETITOR MICR CARTRIDGE

In fairness to you and us, when comparing our CheckToner MICR Cartridges to a competitor MICR cartridge, the competitor MUST include ALL the following to qualify for our Lowest Price Guarantee:

• Print Yield. Competitor must clearly advertise that their MICR cartridge will print as many checks as our published estimated yield (shown on our product pages).
• Freshness Dating. All our CheckToner MICR Cartridges include an information sheet that tells you what date the cartridge was filled and packed. We do this to insure you are receiving a MICR toner cartridge that can last in your printer or on a shelf for up to 10 years. Competitor must include a way to determine exactly when their MICR cartridge was filled.
• Guaranteed not to smear of flake off your check paper. Cheaper MICR toner does not properly adhere to check paper. Competitor must include a guarantee that their MICR won't smear or flake.
• FREE Same Day Shipping. All CheckToner MICR cartridge listed on our order pages are in stock and ready for immediate shipment for orders received Monday-Friday before 3PM Eastern Time (excluding holidays). Competitor must have their MICR cartridge in stock and ready for immediate shipment or sale at their retail store.
• MICR Tested. All our CheckToner MICR cartridges are filled by us and we print checks with the MICR toner to assure that it meets all ABA (American Bankers Association) standards so your checks will scan perfectly at all banks and retail stores. Competitor retailer must state that they have tested the MICR toner in the cartridge they are selling.
