All software from Glenn Welt requires a PASSWORD
before installation is completed. If you DOWNLOAD software, password is included in email with download instructions and registration is not required (regardless of whether you also ordered the CD). Use same password to install software from CD. Passwords are kept on file for 90 days from date of purchase. If you lost your password, submit a tech request. We do not provide passwords by phone or direct email. |
